🌲 The evergreen hiking trails in pacific northwest are my retreat center. 🎼 Blasting thoughtfully curated music on roadtrips frees my overwhelmingly curious mind. 🖊 I’ve recently started blogging about self-care and self-help on the app ‘Red’.
